We are seeking a seasoned Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, in-product display, push, and SMS. The ideal candidate will utilize customer insights, behavioral data, and marketing technologies to drive conversion, revenue growth, and enhance segmentation effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong partnership with data scientists and analytics teams are critical to building, executing, and measuring impactful go-to-market strategies and campaign optimizations. Responsibilities
Design and launch end-to-end marketing campaigns with optimal segmentation and targeting across multiple channels. Own the management and measurement of campaign automations in platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, and Quickbase. Leverage data and analytics to drive campaign strategies, segmentation, and ongoing optimizations. Direct A/B/Split testing methodologies and analysis to refine campaigns and increase effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing objectives. Must Have Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Profound knowledge in Martech tools (Eloqua, Marketo, Campaign Manager). Exceptional project and time management abilities. Industry Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in B2C or B2B lifecycle marketing. This role requires a mix of creative campaign design and rigorous analytics, ideal for candidates passionate about using data and technology to drive marketing success.
