Oracle Fusion Applications Solution Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Applications Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle applications and a deep understanding of system functionality and business processes. This role requires strategic thinking, solution leadership, and the ability to engage with C-Suite clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Provide expert guidance on Oracle SaaS Applications, including Finance, Procurement, PPM, EPM, HCM, and reporting tools.
Create and enhance coherent, end-to-end solutions.
Develop and maintain high-level design documentation.
Advise clients on risks and impacts during design authority meetings.
Provide oversight and guidance to Data Migration, Reporting, and Integration teams.
Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing expert advice on Oracle applications.
Support the pre-sales team in designing robust solutions.
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Identify value and drive realization, understanding business cases and commercial awareness.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Finance systems and understanding the full capabilities of Oracle HCM, Procurement, PPM, and EPM applications.
Strong understanding of Oracle tools such as OIC and OAC.
Proven ability to lead and oversee complex projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications
OCP (Oracle Certified Professional)
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology environment with a strong focus on Oracle ERP managed and/or professional services solutions.
