Available opportunity in our historic downtown Riverside office for a 3-10 year experienced attorney to join our Labor & Employment / Business Litigation team. Responsibilities
Apply experience in all forms of harassment and discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and class action / PAGA defense in civil litigation, as well as in administrative and arbitration forums. Provide counseling to employers regarding labor and employment law compliance. Handle business litigation matters as part of the Labor & Employment / Business Litigation team. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills; strong organizational and interpersonal abilities; acute attention to detail; and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Work independently with initiative and exercise ethical judgment. Qualifications
3-10 years of attorney experience, with a strong background in litigation and labor & employment matters. Prior experience in harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and class action / PAGA defense in civil litigation, as well as administrative and arbitration forums. Prior counseling experience for employers on labor and employment law compliance. Business litigation experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and manage cases; acute attention to detail; initiative; independent work ethic; and ethical judgment. Benefits
