About the Role The Company is seeking a VP for Digital Commerce in Mobile and Online Banking. Applicants should have 6-10 years\' of experience in e-commerce, with a strong preference for those who have led digital sales transformation. The role requires a deep understanding of digital sales and revenue drivers, marketing performance insights, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation through digital experiences and be adept at leveraging research and data-driven insights to improve user experiences. A Bachelor\'s degree is required, with a Master\'s degree being preferred. The VP will also be responsible for managing external partners and ensuring that all business decisions are made with a strong consideration for the firm\'s reputation and compliance with relevant regulations.
