We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across our core platform. Responsibilities
Own Strategic Product Initiatives - Lead the end-to-end development of key product features and platform capabilities. Translate business objectives and user insights into a focused roadmap, balancing innovation, usability, and performance to accelerate MikMak’s growth and product excellence. Drive the Full Product Lifecycle - From early discovery to post-launch optimization, own the product lifecycle including defining MVPs, validating assumptions, and iterating with speed. Champion Customer & Market-Driven Innovation - Engage directly with Fortune 500 brands, global retailers, strategic partners, and leading platforms to uncover needs and identify opportunities. Translate these insights into intuitive, scalable, and differentiated product experiences that address real-world challenges. Contribute to Long-Term Product Direction - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and MikMak’s differentiators. Provide insights and recommendations that help shape the evolution of our product portfolio and positioning to ensure we’re building what matters most, both today and in the future. Embed AI Thoughtfully - Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML to product experiences, whether for intelligent automation, predictive analytics, or personalized user journeys. Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver high-quality, technically sound products at scale. Make Data-Driven Decisions - Define success metrics and use analytics to guide decisions and demonstrate business impact. Drive Influence and Alignment - Present product plans and results clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including the Executive Team. Build trust and alignment across the organization. Maximize Efficiency in Ambiguity - Thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment. Manage competing priorities with confidence, focus, and creativity. Minimum Qualifications
5–8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally in a PE-backed or high-growth startup environment Domain expertise in AdTech, MarTech, or eCommerce Proven experience launching AI/ML-powered features that deliver automation, recommendations, or personalization at scale Strong experience building data-rich platforms, APIs, or partner integrations with retailers or media platforms Demonstrated success launching both 0→1 and scaling 1→n product lines • High EQ with exceptional communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior executives Strong analytical and decision-making skills, and ability to move forward with incomplete data Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, GitHub, Notion Experience mentoring junior PMs or cross-functional team leadership • Must be based in the United States. East Coast preferred. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working across B2B2C, and B2B or B2C product environments • Familiarity with LLMs, AI infrastructure, or recommender systems is a plus • Background in experimentation, A/B testing, or user research Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field About MikMak
