We are seeking multiple highly skilled and experienced Immigration Paralegals to join our team. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will be responsible for preparing petitions and applications for various immigration cases, including employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian-based immigration. You will also be responsible for responding to requests for evidence (RFE), notices of intent to deny (NOID), notices of intent to revoke (NOIR), audits, motions, and appeals. In addition, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships by communicating with clients, updating case statuses in our systems, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures. You will work closely with our team, attending meetings and trainings, and sharing the firm\'s values in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. aiLegal Law is headquartered in Atlanta, GA, with branch offices in San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; Chattanooga, TN. Prepare petitions and applications for immigration cases (employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian-based). Respond to requests for evidence (RFE), notices of intent to deny (NOID), notices of intent to revoke (NOIR), audits, motions, and appeals. Manage client relationships by communicating with clients, updating case statuses in our systems, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures. Attend meetings and trainings and uphold the firm\'s values in delivering high-quality legal services. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in any major At least 5 years of experience in employment-based, family-based, or humanitarian-based immigration Ability to manage 100+ case files Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail and professionalism Passion for immigration work Strong communication skills Strong legal research and writing skills Desire to advance and grow professionally Full-time availability Decent typing speed (60+ WPM) Proficiency in using case management software, such as INSZOOM, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack; highly desired Second language preferred but not required Benefits
