Associate Brand Manager
Hiring across different categories for multiple premium KHC brands: Associate Brand Manager and Associate Brand Manager - Innovation.

Position Summary As an Associate Brand Manager, you will be accountable for creating customer demand and helping to build a brand strategy to drive long-term growth. You’ll have portfolio strategy and full P&L ownership, manage customer and commercialization initiatives, and lead a cross-functional team (Product & Packaging, R&D, Culinary, Consumer Insights, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations). You will manage end-to-end commercialization for new and innovative products and drive projects to deadlines. This role requires strong bias for action, solid analytical skills, ownership mindset, and creative problem-solving. You’ll interact across the organization to move multiple priorities forward.
Key Components of the Role
Owns the P&L and drives profitability through key levers.
Monitors business performance, identifies actions, and implements plans on metrics (market share, volume, revenue trends, competitive performance).
Uses syndicated data to understand category performance and provide insights and recommendations that impact the business.
Contributes to Masterbrand innovation strategy and 3-year pipeline by identifying trends and opportunities aligned with brand strategy.
Leads ideation, development, and execution of new products for assigned brands; manages the product commercialization process through stage-gate, leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget, successful projects.
Manages agency relationships for packaging design and leads consumer validation in partnership with the insights team.
Partners with Marketing & Sales to develop launch plans, product positioning, packaging, promotions, and customer presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
Familiarity with Profit & Loss statements and ability to interpret financial data to inform decisions.
Experience managing the full lifecycle of CPG product commercialization through the stage-gate process.
Experience with syndicated sources such as Nielsen or Circana/IRI.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines; cross-functional team management experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits Our Total Rewards philosophy provides a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs to support a diverse workforce. New Hire Base Salary Range: $102,100.00 - $127,600.00. Bonus: Eligible for a performance-based bonus as per plan terms. Compensation may vary by geographic region and experience.
