The Director, Portfolio is a senior leadership role responsible for aligning technology investments with enterprise strategy. This role oversees the portfolio of technology initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable value, meet governance standards, and support long-term organizational goals. Responsibilities

Executes strategic oversight and delivery of the technology portfolio, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, governed and aligned to enterprise strategy and business value Develop, manage, and track portfolio budget in alignment with strategic priorities Serves as bridge between business objectives and technology execution, ensuring clear communication, shared accountability, and value realization across the portfolio Ensures compliance with project management methodologies and governance frameworks. Ensures proposed initiatives are strategically aligned, financially justified, and governed through standardized evaluation criteria Provides regular updates to executive and senior stakeholders on portfolio performance, initiative status, risks, benefits and financial performance Prioritize and manage the portfolio of initiatives to maximize business value Formalize and manage the end-to-end business case review and approval process Partner with business and technology teams to ensure technology initiatives are aligned with strategic goals, resourced appropriately and executed effectively Oversee the full lifecycle of projects within the IT portfolio from intake and planning to execution and benefit realization Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and delivery roadmaps Identify and translate strategic business needs into demands and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities Track and report on project execution status, value delivered and aligned with business strategies Monitor project performances, value delivery and aligned with strategic objectives Partner with finance and business leaders to ensure accurate forecasting, cost control and value realization Establish clear criteria and workflows for evaluating proposed initiatives Track approved business cases through execution to ensure expected outcomes are realized Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, including project managers and integration leads Monitor performance metrics and drive operational improvements Enforce adoption of standardized project management tools and processes Lead the use and governance of ServiceNow tools across the technology portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and technology teams Balances competing demands and adjusts execution plans to align with real-time business and technology shifts Facilitate feedback loops Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field Project Management Professional, PMP, certification preferred 10+ years of experience in project, program and portfolio management Experience managing large-scale technology portfolio budgets, including planning, forecasting and reporting Experience managing IT project teams Experience managing relationships with internal business customers at executive and senior management level Knowledge/Skills: Ability to lead and drive adoption of project management tools and processes within ServiceNow PPM Ability to multi-task effectively and work well under pressure Strong leadership skills Strong communication and presentation skills Strategic program prioritization skills and experience Strong customer focus mindset Expert understanding of scope of IT services Software: Proficient in project and portfolio management in ServiceNow PPM required Benefits and Compensation
