The Senior Operations Director oversees all aspects of manufacturing, warehouse management, and operational excellence to ensure seamless execution across the organization. This role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership in production scheduling, supply chain coordination, warehouse operations, quality alignment, and global customer account management. The Director also drives process improvements, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing

Serve as Buyer/Planner for raw materials and packaging. Develop and manage production schedules. Coordinate personnel scheduling, including time-off requests and second-shift coverage. Optimize warehouse space utilization by coordinating material movements. Provide leadership on IRE Production projects. Review production batch records prior to Quality submission; review and approve specifications, batch records, and forms. Develop and implement new documentation (e.g., cleaning forms, discrepancy reports, material transfer forms, inventory adjustment/investigation forms, training logs). Create and update SOPs, including material disposal, production cleaning, and warehouse cleaning procedures. Act as primary liaison between Production and Quality to determine sample turnaround times, prioritize batch files, and align on project strategies. HQ Warehouse Management

Manage disposal projects for expired and quarantined material (hazardous and non-hazardous). Coordinate storage of unreleased final products between HQ and 3PL until release. Communicate with drivers regarding urgent delivery needs. Serve as point of contact for inventory adjustments, investigations, and annual HQ inventory support. 3PL Warehouse Management

Develop new cleaning schedules across 3PL warehouses, coordinating with contractors. Lead plastic pallet recycling program initiatives. Conduct warehouse walkthroughs and follow-up on work orders. Act as point of contact for facility maintenance. Operations Leadership

Drive the Operations Excellence project in collaboration with Power BI reporting (catching up to other regions). Manage the Regeneron account, including Open Order Reports, delivery coordination, KPI reporting, SCAR response, and acting as primary contact for procurement and sourcing inquiries. Initiate and manage new part number creation for Biopharm products and assign part numbers for Maynard raw materials, packaging, and final products. Oversee Ecovadis reporting and support ESG initiatives and projects. Troubleshoot AX system issues for customer service, warehouse, and production; serve as global liaison for AX troubleshooting and projects. Conduct personnel performance and compensation reviews across Operations, Procurement, Production, HQ Warehouse, and 3PL Warehouse teams. Partner with HR to identify, recruit, and onboard talent to support business needs. Qualifications

Proven leadership in operations, manufacturing, and supply chain management. Strong knowledge of production scheduling, warehouse operations, and quality systems. Experience managing 3PL relationships and vendor coordination. Familiarity with AX or similar ERP systems; ability to troubleshoot and liaise with global IT teams. Demonstrated success in driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills. Background in ESG reporting and customer account management (preferred). Seniority level
