We are looking for an
Application Engineer — Android
with a strong background in
React Native
to help us build, maintain, and scale our mobile and web applications. In this role, you will work closely with our product and backend teams to deliver a seamless experience across
Android, iOS, and the web
— all powered by
React Native + Expo Go . You will play a key role in shaping our Application experience, ensuring performance, reliability, and usability for thousands of users. What You’ll Do
Develop, test, and ship
React Native apps
for Android (cross-platform experience preffered). Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver new features quickly. Optimize Android builds for performance, accessibility, and user experience. Maintain CI/CD pipelines for Android builds and OTA updates via Expo. Debug platform-specific issues and ensure consistent behavior across devices. Contribute to shared React Native components for cross-platform development. Stay up-to-date with React Native, Expo, and Android ecosystem best practices. What We’re Looking For
2+ years
experience building React Native applications (or solid experience with React + mobile frameworks). Strong understanding of
JavaScript/TypeScript
and React Native ecosystem (Expo, Metro bundler, etc.). Familiarity with
Android Studio , Gradle, and native modules. Experience testing and debugging apps on a range of Android devices. Comfort with REST APIs, WebSockets, and async data flows. Bonus: experience shipping apps to
Google Play Store
