About Aspen Standard Wealth
Aspen Standard Wealth, LLC (www.aspenstandardwealth.com) is a holding company that acquires and operates U.S. SEC-registered investment advisers (RIAs). We provide our firms with centralized legal, compliance, and operational services so they can focus on serving clients. Our central technology team partners closely with the leaders and operators at each affiliated RIA to deliver a best-in-class technology platform designed for scalability, growth, and the advisor experience. Since our founding less than 1 year ago, we have grown our platform to six (6) RIAs who collectively manage more than $12 billion in assets.
Position Overview Aspen is seeking a Head of Applications & Integrations to own the implementation, configuration, and integration of enterprise software systems across our growing network of RIAs. These systems form the backbone of how we onboard new firms, empower advisors, and generate actionable insights essential to Aspen’s continued growth. The ideal candidate blends deep technical fluency with strong business judgment and exceptional stakeholder management. They are equally comfortable translating user needs into system specs, integrating across tools and platforms, and driving change that leads to adoption.
The Head of Applications & Integrations will report to the Chief Technology Officer and work closely with Aspen's Technology, Operations, and Strategy teams to collaborate with Aspen’s partner RIAs to craft a seamless, integrated, AI-native suite of applications that support our growth and operations. This role is ideal for a rising systems leader ready to take on broader ownership and drive meaningful change in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities Platform Implementation & Ownership
Play a leading role in configuring and optimizing Aspen’s fast-growing enterprise platform: CRM, Portfolio Management, ERP, Compliance Technology, Data Warehouse, Digital Marketing, and the Integrations Layer
Act as system owner and primary administrator of key tools, ensuring configuration aligns to business needs
Manage system enhancements, vendor relationships, and user requests across the application stack
Collaborate across teams to drive execution, with opportunity to grow into future leadership
Systems Integration
Build and maintain cross-platform integrations, especially across CRM, ERP, reporting, and marketing systems
Leverage tools like Workato and native APIs to ensure clean data flow and automation
Collaborate with Aspen’s data team to enable warehouse-ready data pipelines
Post-Acquisition Integration & Onboarding
Partner with Aspen Deal and Integration teams to assess acquired firms’ tech stack and lead onboarding onto core systems
Curate the advisor onboarding experience by minimizing disruption and surfacing high-value, time-to-value wins
Configure and deploy tools quickly and thoughtfully, delivering both speed and quality
Tool Adoption & User Enablement
Drive change management and training initiatives to maximize tool usage and impact
Develop and deliver documentation, sessions, and office hours to support user success
Act as the translator between the technical build and the user experience
System Governance & Process Design
Document and implement best practices across application use
Own application governance, access policies, and change management workflows
Serve as escalation point for high-priority troubleshooting and support needs
Qualifications Experience
4–7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems, SaaS tools, or business systems leadership
Experience in wealth management, private equity-backed, or multi-site environments is a plus
Direct experience integrating across platforms like ERP, Digital Marketing, CRM & Practice Management, and Compliance or similar
Skills
Strong technical competency across SaaS tools and integration platforms
Project ownership mentality with bias toward action and speed
Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset
Excellent communication skills — written, visual, and verbal — with the ability to make the complex feel simple
Strong business intuition and ability to align systems to value
