of a Solution Architect: Sales & Brand Leadership Serve as a brand ambassador for ACG’s sales offerings. Partner with Account Executives to qualify and advance opportunities with urgency and precision. Own pre-sales strategy and hold stakeholders accountable to deliverables. Discovery & Needs Assessment Lead operational and technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients. Define and validate measurable KPIs tied to client outcomes. Develop journey maps that illustrate current challenges and desired future state. Partner with vendors to validate capabilities and RFP responses. Solution Design & CX Strategy Create high-level solution designs aligned to business objectives. Prepare operational summaries and ROI-driven recommendations. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented for executives. Act as liaison between Sales and Delivery for seamless handoff of engagements. Executive Value Positioning Facilitate workshops and presentations that drive urgency, alignment, and executive buy-in. Address objections with business-value positioning and ROI analysis. Serve as a “soft closer” by reinforcing confidence at the final stages of the sales cycle. Proposals, Scoping & RFPs Draft proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses that clearly define objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables. Build financial models and cost-benefit analyses to showcase ROI. Identify risks during discovery and scope development, ensuring clarity before handoff to Delivery. Continuously improve templates, formats, and methodologies for efficiency. Internal Enablement & Thought Leadership Contribute to business development, recruiting, training, and marketing efforts. Mentor colleagues and elevate internal CCaaS and AI acumen. Drive process improvements that strengthen ACG’s pre-sales approach. Required Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in customer experience (CX), solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering at enterprise level. Deep knowledge of CCaaS platforms, integrations, and AI-powered CX technologies. Strong experience with solution discovery, journey mapping, ROI analysis, and executive presentations. Proven ability to lead technical and business discussions with C-level stakeholders. Familiarity with technical documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.). Excellent communication skills able to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to propose innovative solutions. Skills & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications (CCaaS, AI, Cloud, or enterprise architecture). Experience with RFP responses, proposal writing, and financial modeling. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
