Executive Director , you will be the CEO responsible for leading your community’s daily operations, associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Create and execute the business plan and develop the team to continue the tradition of being the premier senior living community in the area, while growing revenue and profitability in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams. Create an inclusive community culture that prioritizes high quality resident experiences and care. Responsibilities
Lead daily operations, associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Create and execute the business plan and develop the team to continue the tradition of being the premier senior living community in the area. Grow revenue and profitability in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams. Foster an inclusive community culture that prioritizes high quality resident experiences and care. Qualifications
