Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field to drive sales performance, meet or exceed brand KPIs and financial targets, and support marketing objectives. Develop pre-call plans with SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations; handle objections and close on sales calls when appropriate. Proactively identify and respond to customer needs to build trusted relationships and achieve win–win agreements with customers. Develop and execute call plans to achieve metrics and optimize coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities. Share market intelligence with in-field teams, brand team and sales management to align strategy and anticipate environmental changes. Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers, and establish disease state experts and speakers to maximize brand performance. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or equivalent industry experience; other combinations acceptable per job requirements. Relevant pharmaceutical/health/science industry experience; strong selling and presentation skills; ability to adapt to customer style and drive results. Demonstrates scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge; strong business acumen; capable of operating in a matrix environment; provides innovative ideas to maximize opportunities. Ability to build collaborative partnerships across district and matrix teams; leadership experience preferred. English proficiency (verbal and written) for applicable regions; compliance with HCIR credentialing requirements (background checks, vaccinations, fingerprints, licenses) as required by facilities in the territory. External: Specialty physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals depending on brand plan. Internal: In-field team members, Sales Management, Marketing, Training, Customer Excellence, and Brand Plan stakeholders. Additional Information

The compensation range is a base pay estimate; actual compensation depends on location and other factors and may be modified.
