As General Manager, you will lead our client through a transformative phase, reporting to the Regional SVP. By overseeing full P&L, driving operational excellence, you excel with building a people-first culture.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership to achieve revenue growth and profitability. Mentor all internal departments to meet KPIs and customer service goals. Implement efficient, scalable processes and systems. Foster a culture of servant leadership, accountability, and blue-collar pride. Drive talent acquisition, retention, and community engagement to meet client standards. Ideal Candidate
Semi-local leader with ties to Baton Rouge or Gulf Coast. Proven experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades leadership. Process-driven with a track record of building scalable systems. Servant leader with a blue-collar work ethic and talent development skills. Strong P&L management and turnaround experience. Responsibilities

Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills Must have experience leading teams in a HVAC, plumbing or electrical environment Create a best-in-class environment Servant leader with high IQ/EQ Deep experience with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills Experience hiring, firing, training Strategic, driven, self-motivated with a strong track record of success Must be willing to work on-site daily--relocating if not currently living in Baton Rouge, LA Will only respond to qualified applicants- thank you!
