Overview
Director, FP&A role based in Lakewood Township, NJ. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position reporting to senior executives to shape the financial future of the organization. Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and evaluating business opportunities. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the annual budget planning process, track budget-to-actual variances, and manage monthly updates of multi-year financial forecast models. Reporting & Insights: Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and KPI reports for senior leadership and stakeholders. Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments to understand business drivers, align financial strategies with company goals, and provide insights to support decision-making. Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve and automate FP&A processes, enhance data accuracy, and streamline data collection and reporting. Strategic Planning: Lead and develop FP&A plans and forecasts, providing guidance on financial modeling, analysis, and best practices. Special Projects: Support strategic initiatives and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for enhanced decision-making. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and reporting is required. 5+ years of FP&A experience in a corporate setting is required. Strong analytical and modeling skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities. High attention to quality, details, and correctness. Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position. Preferred or a Plus
MBA, CFA, or similar designation preferred. Prior experience in the gaming industry is a plus. Experience with the Acumatica system is a plus. Location & Schedule

Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours or more per week. Travel:
