We are looking for a

LOTO Procedure Specialist

to develop and implement Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. This position will be

Full-Time and TEMPORARY , the assignment lasts through December 26th, 2025, with a shift from

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM .

What You'll Do Develop Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) procedures

Install LOTO procedures, signage, and energy tags on manufacturing machinery

Upload LOTO procedures to the system

Provide functional and empirical analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of LOTO procedures

Explore, analyze, test, and assist in the development of LOTO procedures

Perform technical planning, system integration, verification, validation, and effectiveness analyses for LOTO procedures

Responsible for completing assigned LOTO project within budgetary and scheduling guidelines

Plan, prioritize, and manage LOTO Project; prioritize tasks to ensure team resources are used effectively and project deadlines are met

Create, develop, plan, write, and edit operational, instructional, maintenance, or test LOTO procedures for paper, multimedia, or web-based publication for nontechnical and technical users

What You'll Need

Required:

Knowledge of technical tools specific to LOTO: e.g., Hazardous Energy, Lock Out Tag Out tools, Machine Guarding

Experience in manufacturing environments

2+ years of relevant work experience

Due to our end client, candidates must be able to work on CAI's W2 without a need for sponsorship now or in the future

Steel toe shoes

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required to perform essential job functions including reading various signage throughout the facility, comprehensive understanding of various documentation, understanding and communicating processes to ensure workplace safety and job efficiency

Preferred: Experience with LOTO procedures

Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Infrequent lifting up to 50 lbs

Ability to climb a ladder and work off elevated aerial platforms

Walk and stand during the entire shift

Utilize tools, materials, and equipment according to safety and operational principles and practices

Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, specifications, and documentation

Work in an office and industrial manufacturing environment with possible exposure to temperature extremes and overhead objects

The pay range for this position is $41- $51.44 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
