We are looking for an
Assembly Machine Operator
to join our team and support the assembly process at our facility. This position will be
Full-time contract
and
onsite . The shift will be 7am-3pm EST. Training will be on first shift.
What You'll Do Prepare machine for assembly process
Operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly machines
Load reels of strip terminals and housing onto assembly machines
Make fine adjustments to properly align mating parts in machine
Clear jams and inspect finished products
Prepare completed reels for transport to other areas within facility
What You'll Need
Required Must be able to use a microscope, calipers, and gages to inspect parts and perform visual inspection with training
High energy, self-motivated, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required to perform essential job functions including reading various signage throughout the facility, comprehensive understanding of various documentation, understanding and communicating processes to ensure workplace safety and job efficiency
Preferred Introductory experience in a manufacturing environment

Physical
Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry a maximum weight of 37 lbs.
Must be able to push a peak force of 34.5 lbs.
Must be able to pull a peak force of 39.5 lbs.
Frequent standing throughout the day is required in this job
The pay range for this position is $18.00 + shift differential per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
