We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Virginia Beach team. This is a key leadership position that combines clinical oversight with team development and strategic vision. You’ll guide and support a talented group of BCBAs and RBTs, foster a culture of clinical integrity and collaboration, and ensure every child receives care that’s individualized, ethical, and effective. What You\'ll Do
Oversee all clinical functions at the Virginia Beach clinic, ensuring high-quality, consistent ABA services Create, review, and refine treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to BCBAs and RBTs Evaluate client progress through data review and modify interventions as needed Build strong relationships with families to align therapy with home and life goals Ensure adherence to BACB ethics, HIPAA regulations, and company policies Collaborate with leadership on clinic initiatives and contribute to company-wide goals What You Bring
Active BCBA certification in good standing (required) Active LBA license in Virginia (or eligibility) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum 5 years of ABA experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Proven ability to lead clinical teams with empathy, vision, and professionalism Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to individualized, ethical care Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills What We Offer
