Serve as the sales lead for the commercialization of the Siemens informatics portfolio. Drive discovery and alignment of customer needs to drive digital transformation; identify unmet needs and create a broader IT ecosystem during virtual or onsite engagements. Apply consultative sales strategies with value-based techniques to demonstrate ROI, operational efficiencies, and improved clinical, financial, and operational outcomes. Build and maintain strategic relationships with CIOs/CMIOs/CTOs at target healthcare provider organizations, including SVP/VP/Senior Directors. Collaborate with cross-functional customer teams to understand business needs, technical environments, and integration requirements. Lead development of detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for digital integration initiatives by integrating outputs from technical support staff. Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, uncovering pain points and aligning them with tailored digital solutions. Lead strategy sessions to define digital transformation goals and map scalable solutions to address unmet needs. Partner with Healthcare Consulting to identify optimization opportunities in lab workflows, staffing models, and data management strategies. Drive demand generation for current digital products and future innovations. Develop compelling solution proposals and contribute to bid responses and RFPs with input from sales and technical stakeholders. Present complex solutions clearly to IT, laboratory leadership, and health system executives. Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless post-sale execution and long-term customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunity progress, and customer feedback using CRM tools. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Diagnostics, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in digital healthcare, diagnostic IT, or enterprise software sales in a consultative capacity. Experience selling cloud-based Software as a Service solutions in healthcare. Familiarity with clinical laboratory operations, LIS systems, and automation workflows. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. Proven experience developing solution proposals and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital selling tools. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed. Role governed by Fleet Safety Policy; valid driver’s license required and must meet vendor credentialing and background check requirements as applicable by client site. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: Min $107,200 – Max $160,800. Other benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, paid time off, and paid parking/public transportation, subject to eligibility.
