Overview Finance Director, FP&A – Taste Elevation
leads a team responsible for financial analysis and performance as a trusted business partner. This role owns financial analysis and process implementation to drive performance and visibility of business gaps through financial rituals and routines, and provides financial and reporting support to the Taste Elevation Platform, the BU CFO and President, and the Zone team. This role also leads the budget process and monthly routines for the BU and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
Strategic partnership for the Taste Elevation Platform including standard and ad-hoc analysis and insights on business gaps to plan and benchmark
Drive BU planning and forecasting processes including the Kraft Heinz Integrated Business Planning Process (PMR, DR, IR, MBR), major forecasts, Strategic Plan, and Annual Operating Plan
Provide linkage to enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives and leverage best practices to improve, streamline and harmonize internal processes
Support US Zone-wide initiatives (e.g. M&A)
Own analytical view of business results and achievement of financial targets (e.g. trade opportunities/risks, A&C efficiencies)
Strategic planning, modeling, analytics and preparation of management summaries/presentations
Analyze BU strategic initiatives and tracking (e.g. innovation, productivity, Capex)
End-to-end P&L management including enabling effective decision making
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business required
Minimum 7+ years relevant work experience; preferably in category, corporate FP&A, and/or BU finance
Strong drive to learn and willingness to assume senior-level responsibility
Demonstrated ability to multitask and make key decisions
Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excel technical skills with systems agility
Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
Strong technical and systems orientation
Motivated self-starter who can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively; capable of influencing management
Team player with collaborative approach and ability to influence without direct authority

Compensation New Hire Base Salary Range:
184,800.00 - 231,000.00
Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI):
Eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
