Day shifts, 4x10-hour (07:00 - 17:30) Hours per Week:
40 Estimated Weekly Salary:
$2,450-$2,620 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active California RN license (Registered Nurse) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 3 years of RN experience, with at least 2 years in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months Experience with electronic charting systems (any system) COVID-19 vaccination and booster required (medical/religious exemptions considered) RCIS/RCES certification preferred Recent experience in Cardiac Cath, Electrophysiology (EP), or Holding Room preferred Ability to float to other healthcare facilities within a 75-mile radius as needed Prior teaching hospital experience preferred Cath Lab RN Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, EP Lab, procedure room, and holding area Assist with adult diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations Monitor and manage procedural sedation; interpret cardiac dysrhythmias Perform left and right heart catheterizations, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Float to other UCSF healthcare facilities as required Complete required orientation and annual training modules
