Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist
who will serve as the welcoming face of the organization, ensuring every visitor, caller, and staff member receives professional, friendly, and accessible support. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-facing role and wants their work to make a difference.
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay $20 /hr
Start Date: ASAP
What You'll Do
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in both English and Spanish
Manage a multi-line phone system: answer calls, take messages, and direct inquiries
Provide information about programs and services in a clear, supportive way
Keep the reception area organized, welcoming, and professional
Handle mail, deliveries, and supply inventory
Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Support the team with administrative tasks and occasional projects
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
What We're Looking For
Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish
(written and verbal required)
At least 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or office support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity
Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced nonprofit setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office systems
A professional, welcoming demeanor and a passion for helping others
Pay Details:
$20.00 per hour
