Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to understand hiring needs and business goals. Collaborate with team members to create effective recruitment strategies and meet targets. Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and clients using internal systems. Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities within the sales and recruitment space. Prepare and deliver regular reports on recruitment activities and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment and employment laws and regulations. The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Manager should have:

A background in recruitment, sales, or a related field, ideally within the business services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and candidates. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with recruitment tools and software, as well as basic reporting.
