Sr. Field Marketing Manager - FL/SC

This position is a critical leadership role, strategically building our brands at the local level in a dynamic business unit, Florida & South Carolina
This position will be a natural progression and training ground for future positions in US Brands, NA Commercial Marketing, or Sales
This position reports to Director, Field Marketing - East and works closely with General and State Managers
Role Responsibilities
Work closely with Brand Marketing and Sales to deliver high-quality programs and execution to drive planned Volume, NSV, DGP, and distribution growth for two states
Oversee and drive strategic local and national programs, local sponsorships, partnerships, and key strategic relationships
Act as a critical partner between the Brand Team, Local Sales, Finance, and SGWS Distributor teams; educate and inspire sales and distributor teams about brand strategy, innovation, consumer targets and ensure execution excellence
Set framework for State Planning and build on-brand, locally relevant plans that drive volume; collaborate with BI Analyst and Field Marketing Managers & Associates to plan BI against touchpoints, spend efficiently and meet forecasts
Lead a team of Field Marketers to navigate core processes and deliverables across Florida & South Carolina; share best practices and collaborate with other units
Drive diversity and inclusion within the team and with consumer cohorts; lead brand programming for the region
Engage with key customers, including Sr. Marketing Director, Brand Managers, General Manager and direct reports
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Commercial Marketing, Field Marketing, Trade Development or Brand Marketing
Alcohol beverage industry experience preferred
Strong influence, communication, presentation, and organizational skills; experience with cross-functional teams
People management experience with teams of 2 or more
Financial acumen including Field BI Budget Management
Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP
Up to 50% travel
Salary Range & Benefits The salary range for this role, based in South Florida, is $135,000 - $150,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The range is commensurate with location, experience, and skillset.
