Start Date: ASAP

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.

IT Software Developer Required

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in

Miami, FL

(required);

Experience with C#, .Net (Framework and/or .Net Core/.Net 8)

Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, Web API, or equivalent frameworks.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) including T-SQL queries, schema design, and optimization.

Experience with DevOps practices including branching strategies, automated builds, deployments, and release management.

Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar pipeline tools.

Experience with application deployment to IIS / Azure Web Apps / containers.

Experience with Large-Scale Systems - Practical knowledge of modernizing and integrating multiple applications, supporting county-wide permitting and review processes, and migrating legacy systems into modern platforms.

Experience in government agencies or organizations managing or implementing large-scale vendor solutions.

Senior Software Developer Required

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in

Miami, FL

(required);

Experience with C# in object-oriented programming (OOP), .NET framework, debugging, and writing clean, maintainable code;

Experience with core JavaScript and jQuery concepts, DOM manipulation, asynchronous programming, and AJAX for dynamic web interactions;

Experience in Oracle and SQL, PL/SQL, query optimization, and writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and database normalization for structured data management;

Experience implementing MVC architecture, routing, and security best practices to streamline development workflows;

Experience with Windows application development, RESTful/SOAP APIs, and authentication mechanisms for secure system integrations;

Experience with ETL processes, data transformations, performance tuning in SSIS, and designing, deploying, and integrating reports in SSRS for efficient data reporting;

Experience modernizing and integrating multiple applications, supporting county-wide permitting and review processes, and migrating legacy systems (PEN, MS Access, Mainframe) into modern platforms;

Experience working with automated workflows, develop customer-facing applications, and implement online submission, tracking, invoicing, payments, and ECM integration for enhanced operational efficiency;

Senior Software Developer Preferred

Experience working in government agencies or organizations managing large-scale data migrations and system integrations

Responsibilities

Embed Impervious Surface Reviews into Paving & Drainage workflows.

Optimize the Building Permit process.

Implement automated workload assignment features.

Facilitate compliance with impervious surface review regulations, environmental and historical preservation requirements, and municipal Sewer Extension Permits.

Develop customer-facing applications.

Implement online submission, tracking, invoicing, payments, and ECM integration for enhanced operational efficiency.
