Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles promptly, and providing a friendly welcome.

Are You The Right Fit For This Role?

• Work outdoors in all kinds of weather; parking does not stop for rain, snow, heat, or cold.
• Manual handling up to 50 lbs and ability to lift, push, and pull objects; run, stand for long periods, and navigate stairs in parking garages.
• Be personable and comfortable talking with guests through the valet check-in process; providing excellent guest service is essential.

The Ability To Work Any Schedule Or Shift

• Valets start part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time supervisory roles.
• You will be assigned an initial schedule to meet hotel needs during peak times to maximize tips and minimize hours.
• Availability required for flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and reliability are essential.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Valet parking attendant preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle preferred.
• Proficiency in English; verbal and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver's License with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screening.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation; stand for long periods; ability to run and ascend/descend stairs; outdoor work in all weather conditions.
