Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced
Security Account Executive
to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting a full suite of electronic security solutions—including intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, fire alarm systems, and monitoring services.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B sales, preferably in the low-voltage security industry, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective, value-based solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven success in B2B sales; electronic security or low-voltage systems preferred
Strong technical acumen and ability to learn system design principles (training provided)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho CRM experience is a plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of security brands such as Honeywell, DMP, Exacq, Avigilon, Verkada, or similar
Experience working with commercial, multi-site, or institutional customers
Familiarity with RMR-based sales (Recurring Monthly Revenue) and service agreement selling
