Job Summary

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of buildings through heavy cleaning duties, including floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.

Essential Duties

1. Dispose of trash following approved procedures.
2. Dust and damp mop floors.
3. Move and replace furniture for cleaning.
4. Clean assigned areas with proper materials and equipment, sanitize surfaces, follow the eight-step cleaning procedure.
5. Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items.
6. Identify areas needing cleaning and complete tasks proactively.
7. Follow all federal, state, and local guidelines.
8. Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
9. Contribute to team efforts and maintain professionalism.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
