S&B Services is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant who is passionate about the construction process to join our team in Dallas.

At S&B, every associate is empowered to drive their success. Project Managers have complete responsibility for project performance, customer satisfaction, and managing a project from start to completion.

  • 3-10 years' of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Bluebeam and PDF editing experience is a plus
  • Must be extremely organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to manage different personalities
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal oversight
  • Maintain integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
