About the Role
We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to support Jess Loren, visionary Founder & CEO of Global Objects, and other members of the GO Leadership Team.
As the Administrative Assistant to Jess Loren, you’ll be at the nerve center of a company redefining how the world is digitized.
This role demands exceptional organizational talent, emotional intelligence, and flexibility. You’ll serve as Jess’s right hand, managing the fast-paced demands of her professional world while ensuring the smooth flow to other demands.
You are the glue between high-level vision and day-to-day execution, not only keeping Jess’s packed schedule on track, but also supporting Global Objects’ leadership, managing internal team flow, and operating as the go-to administrative resource across the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Management & Business Operations: Strategically manage a constantly shifting calendar across time zones, clients, board duties and family commitments.
- Coordinate meetings, production deadlines, investor calls, and partnerships with top 100 companies.
- Other business operation tasks as requested.
- Provide support for documentation of GO processes and procedures.
- Track media mentions, organize press opportunities, and coordinate with PR agencies or internal comms teams (especially around product releases or strategic partnerships).
- You’ll handle everything from high-stakes investor briefings to making sure the right lunch shows up at the right time—because details matter, and timing is everything.
Creative & Brand Support
- Provide expert-level support in designing high-impact visuals for pitch decks, investor materials, brand guides, and social content.
- Maintain and organize all assets, ensuring version control and secure storage.
- Support CEO’s personal brand and Global Objects’ social channels with curated content calendars and assets.
- Support the team’s marketing flow, not by making brand calls, but by keeping social content timelines, assets, and approvals on track with the right people looped in.
Industry & Board Engagement
- Manage CEO’s commitments with the Television Academy and Visual Effects Society.
- Coordinate travel, speech notes, RSVP tracking, and logistics for awards, conferences, and red carpet events.
- Support logistics for quarterly GO Board of Directors meetings.
- Maintain a working knowledge of GO’s technologies (LiDAR, photogrammetry, radiance fields, Gaussian splatting, Unreal Engine compatibility) to communicate effectively on GO’s behalf.
You Are
- Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally, both in writing and in speech.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adaptable, and discreet.
- Fluent in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ClickUp, Hubspot, and Canva and has a natural curiosity and ability to learn emerging tools.
- High emotional intelligence, enabling you to work proficiently within the dynamics resident in a growth-minded company.
- Trustworthy and experienced in handling confidential, sensitive information.
- Calm under pressure, equally comfortable booking flights or designing pitch decks.
- Professional presence - both within GO and outside of GO.
- Intuitively aware of what’s needed before being asked.
- Comfortable moving between entertainment, tech, and family environments.
- Bonus: Familiarity with digital content creation or VFX workflows.
