Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant to gain broad exposure across multiple facets of the business, including revenue transactions, cash management, and client invoicing. Responsibilities

• Accurately record and reconcile daily revenue transactions in the accounting system.
• Manage cash receipts and deposits, performing timely bank reconciliations.
• Create, track, and adjust invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Monitor outstanding payments and prepare receivables status reports for leadership.
• Assist with accounts payable, including coding invoices and ensuring proper documentation.
• Post journal entries to the general ledger in accordance with accounting policies.
• Support quarterly audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and revenue accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
