What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze, design, implement, and support Epic Healthy Planet applications for integration with clinical and population health operations
• Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on Epic system use and functionality to drive adoption and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions leveraging Epic system capabilities
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and strategic plans to align with organizational goals
• Lead projects and teams, ensuring adherence to standards for documentation and change processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or eight years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Epic certification in one of the following modules: Ambulatory/Healthy Planet
• Minimum of three years of Epic-related experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Foundational knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including clinical quality metrics and value-based care initiatives
