What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support for assigned applications
• Oversee daily operations, tracking issues, and validating testing results
• Perform applications analysis and impact assessments for new or modified applications
• Provide technical guidance and support to end users, resolving complex application issues
• Prepare various types of documentation, including analytical reports and training manuals

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor\'s Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year in programming or applications analysis
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
• Certification in Service Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis is desired

• Master\'s degree in a related field
• Experience leading projects or teams in a healthcare setting
• Additional certifications related to application support or analysis
