Position Description: Ryder is immediately hiring Permanent Full Time Material Handlers in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly. Schedule: Third Shift Sunday - Thursday 10:30 pm - 6:30 am.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate equipment and support automated packing systems as needed during production hours.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Process day-to-day warehouse paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; adaptable to a diverse work environment
• Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail
• Must be punctual with good attendance; able to work with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule availability for various shifts
• Compliance with health and safety methods
