It was established to produce television and radio signals for the FIFA World Cups and has evolved since 1999. A hands-on approach, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure are required. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Maintaining candidate records and keeping them up to date.
  • Support the recruiter with any demands.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

  • Full understanding of the payroll life cycle as well as ADP TotalSource system.
  • Understanding of the benefits provided (Insurances/401k/FMLA).
  • Inputting new hires and terminations into the payroll system.
  • Payroll processing, including absences, bonuses, leaves, allowances, and event time procedures.
  • Provide payroll data to the third-party finance provider.
  • Liaise with the payroll provider and finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
  • Support employees with payroll and benefits related inquiries.

Relocation Assistance

  • Support relocation process from welcoming and logistics, including housing, transportation, and documentation.
  • Booking accommodation with partners (e.g., Blueground) if needed.

Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Handle paperwork, orientation sessions, and necessary training.
  • Process exit paperwork for departing employees.

Employee Records Management

  • Maintain both hard and soft copies of employee records.
  • Update personnel files with relevant information.
  • Maintain and update all company/employee records.

Office Support

  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the staff.
  • Support HR-related projects, meetings, and surveys.
  • Support office setup and related needs when requested.

Policy and Document Creation

  • Collaborate in creating and updating HR policies, processes, and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

Specific Task

  • Manage all communication with consultants regarding their events.
  • Act as the point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and consultants.
  • Keep consultant and employee data up to date (compensation days, per diem, invoices, payments).
  • Document HR-related issues for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain flexible schedule availability during event time.
