Manage a 49-bed Level III NICU in a Magnet-recognized hospital Oversee nursing services to ensure safe patient care and compliance with standards Supervise and develop staff while managing department operations Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes Full-time evening shift (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM) Qualifications
California RN license, BLS, NRP, RNC-NIC required BSN or MSN required (MSN preferred) Minimum 5 years of NICU nursing experience (3 years in a Level III community hospital) Minimum 3 years of NICU management or supervisory experience (Charge Nurse experience does not qualify) Experience in a union environment preferred Compensation & Benefits
