Description Join a collaborative team on our Pediatric Cardiothoracic ICU Service. As an APP on this service, you can make a difference in our patient and families lives. The APP team works to manage the care for the patients in the Peds CTICU post operatively and pre operatively.

APPs also assist in coordinating some care and provide some outpatient follow- up visits. NP1 (less than 6 months NP exp) Salary range: $80.34/hourly NP2: Salary range: $89.06- $127.19/hourly Qualifications

Successful completion of a Master's Degree or higher in an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a specialty in Pediatrics,

Acute Care -

Required CA NP, NPF, and CA RN license - Required NPI #, DEA # - Required Enrollment in PECOS, Enrollment in CURES- Required National Certification in Nurse Practitioner Specialty as an Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner- Required BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Required PALS certification from American Heart Association -Required Pediatric CTICU exp as a RN or NP - Required NPI: if less than 6 months NP exp NP2-6+ months NP exp or more Ability to utilize excel, word and other software programs-Required Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with administrative, clinical and academic personnel-Required Skill in working independently and following through with minimum direction-Required Ability to set priorities-Required Demonstrate writing skills to compose logical, detailed and grammatically correct correspondence-Required Document patient care in a concise and comprehensive manner-Required
