Role
As Glean’s PM on agent interoperability and partnerships, you will lead the development of Glean's APIs, SDKs and MCP strategy for the developer persona within our customers and our partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of developer needs, and a passion for building robust, scalable API and SDK solutions and the ability to collaborate with premier B2B product companies for our partnership strategy.
You will:
Spend time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs
Develop key parts of the product roadmap, marrying customer needs with product vision
Empower your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment
Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders
Build processes that scale as the team and company grow
About you:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager on platform and partnership initiatives, with a track record of building high-craft API products and owning developer experience for external customers
Strong technical background, deep understanding of developer needs, and passion for building robust, scalable API and SDK solutions
Experience leading the design, development, and enhancement of APIs and SDKs that are robust, scalable, and easy to use for partners
Experience working with developers at customer and partner organizations to understand their needs and ensure they can leverage platform products
Experience overseeing integration of products into 3rd party enterprise applications, ensuring seamless connectivity
Built comprehensive documentation and support resources for developers
Defined and tracked KPIs for API success and reported progress to stakeholders
Early adopter in building with or adopting AI for product craft and helping customers accelerate AI adoption
Location:
Hybrid (3-4 days a week in one of our SF Bay Area offices)
The standard base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $240,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Some roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
