Responsibilities
Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
Perform checks/interrogations of all CRM medical device systems and support implants post sign-off
Educate and train healthcare professionals on products and solutions
Assist with managing consignment and trunk inventory to meet customer needs
Stay updated on new products and solutions, completing all assigned training in a timely manner
Qualifications
High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields OR Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 4 years OR Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 2 years
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory
Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., Salesforce.com)
Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
Excellent customer service skills
