About The Role: Fixed Income Product Management (FIPM) works with fixed income investment teams, relationship teams, and business colleagues to support clients’ investment needs. Our fixed income investors span a wide range of disciplines, geographies, industries, market capitalizations, and styles. The FIPM function has three main objectives: Product Development and Marketing: Drive client growth by leading business planning, developing investment solutions, crafting differentiated product messaging, and serving as a subject matter expert across internal and external audiences. Investment Integrity and Risk Management: Provide independent oversight of investment and risk processes, ensure alignment with client objectives, conduct regular product reviews, and contribute to formal investment governance. Business Management: Oversee product-level operations including risk, capacity, pricing, and guidelines; resolve internal challenges; and promote best practices across product teams. Role and Responsibilities
Investment Analysts are members of product teams led by an Investment Director. They work with the Investment Director(s), investment teams, and business professionals. Responsibilities include performing analyses to ensure portfolio integrity by providing oversight of portfolio positioning, performance, and risk exposures. The individual contributes to the development of new investment strategies and client solutions, conducts market and competitor analysis, evaluates product overlap and capacity trends, and prepares white papers and presentation materials to differentiate our portfolios. Over time, the individual may participate in meetings with clients, prospects, and consultants to communicate our investment philosophy, strategy, positioning, and performance. The ideal candidate is a flexible problem solver with a can-do attitude who takes ownership of issues. The role involves collaboration with the investment team, the Client Group, and other functional areas. Qualifications
The Investment Analyst role is multi-faceted and requires demonstrated interest in investment topics, a passion for learning, and strong analytical skills. A positive, collegial attitude and high level of professionalism are essential, as are creativity, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines. Key Qualifications For This Role Include 3-5 years of relevant experience and progress toward the CFA are preferred Bachelor’s degree with very strong academic credentials Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to organize and synthesize data to reach conclusions Solid judgment, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take a differentiated perspective Proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to own outcomes Attention to detail combined with a solutions-oriented mindset Ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings Articulate with an interest in developing presentation skills Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a global team Strong technical skills; mastery of MS Excel, familiarity with third-party tools (eVestment, FactSet, Morningstar) Ability to organize, manage and prioritize time well Grace under pressure with an ability to adapt to get things done Preference for candidates with fixed income product knowledge Location

Our compensation approach is designed to attract, inspire, and retain talent. All employees are eligible for salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is USD 65,000 – 150,000, with additional components of total compensation including discretionary bonuses and benefits. Details on salary and total compensation are shared during recruitment.
