The focus of the Digital Enterprise Sales Specialist’s role in the Early in Career Program (EIP) is to drive and close Microsoft Enterprise Unified and Enhanced Solution Support opportunities to ensure customers are supported throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, improving their health and enabling outcomes and consumption. The Unified Specialist leverages Microsoft’s unique expertise, including direct access to product teams, to help customers use their Microsoft investments as productively as possible. You will learn how Microsoft's cloud-platform can enable digital transformation and AI-enabled innovation. You will support team members on digital transformation opportunities in an assigned area by applying established processes and activities. You will receive leads from Marketing and convert leads into opportunities for the supported business, applying Microsoft's sales process (MSP) to determine opportunity quality and next steps. You will participate in and contribute to internal technical community discussions and complete required training to obtain relevant product and role certifications. You will learn about direct competitors for the assigned products and collaborate with the global competitive intelligence team to position Microsoft effectively. You will collaborate with senior team members to manage the pipeline in the assigned territory and support portfolio and territory planning. Lead sales orchestration to drive deal closure by identifying internal stakeholders and leveraging partner relationships. Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Unified Support offerings to drive consumption and adoption of the Microsoft Cloud. Demonstrate and embody Microsoft culture and values. Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs)
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience Digital Solution Area Specialists IC2 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $25.91 - $51.20 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for these locations is USD $37.26 - $54.76 per hour.
