The Senior Manager, Paid Search is a leader who optimizes digital ad campaigns and drives strategic initiatives at the intersection of paid search execution and account management. Core responsibilities include improving paid search account performance through flawless tactical execution, crafting innovative strategies across Google, Microsoft, and emerging ad platforms, and leading/managing client relationships for key accounts. Responsibilities

Client & Team Revenue Oversight: serve as the main point of contact and client team lead to manage 2 - 5 Monks clients Day-to-day management, analysis, and optimizations Revenue & retention responsibilities for team accounts Participate in onboarding, renewal calls, and other important client communications Drive paid search account strategy, forecasting, and planning with the team Analyze performance data and KPIs Create and deliver quarterly performance reviews for direct reports Lead weekly team meetings to track progress toward client & team goals Build, launch, and continuously monitor/optimize Google, Bing, and other paid search campaigns to client-driven KPIs (e.g., CPL, MQL, SAL, CAC, ROAS, Opportunity Win Rate) Lead budget pacing and optimization implementation Assist in forecasting, budget planning, and product mix allocation Develop, create, and launch robust testing plans Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results Assist with and run advanced training on new features and services Create best practices and assist in developing process documents Qualifications

Essentials

Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns Minimum of 4 years in direct paid search client management, including strategy development, execution, and client relationship management Strong project management, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders Strong understanding of marketing attribution and alternative measurement methodologies Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and/or Salesforce data connections Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences Familiarity with optimizations based on offline conversion tracking Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data, and navigating Google/Excel spreadsheets Ability to be persuasive when discussing paid search performance with clients and team Driven and innovative mindset 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience Nice to Have

Previous experience assisting B2B clients Experience managing budgets from $50,000 to $500,000 per month Experience managing app campaigns and demand generation campaigns Experience with SA360 is a plus EEO & Company Culture
