Circle is a financial technology company focused on enabling globally accessible value transfer through blockchain-based infrastructure, including USDC. We seek a seasoned Partner Management Director to lead relationship management and growth strategy across our blockchain partnerships. This role focuses on maximizing long-term value of existing deals with partners (L1s, L2s, and protocol foundations) that have adopted native USDC, EURC, or CCTP. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring they have technical, operational, and strategic support. Drive renewal, expansion, and partner success motions across multi-year agreements, collaborating with product, marketing, legal, and compliance. Ensure a seamless post-deal experience by coordinating with the BD team on partner transitions and onboarding. Develop and implement account plans and growth strategies tailored to each partner’s ecosystem and USDC usage roadmap. Lead executive business reviews, manage escalations, and identify opportunities for Circle to support partner goals. Contribute to partner-facing content, reporting, and executive materials to reinforce alignment and credibility. Manage and mentor a growing team of Partner Managers, fostering ownership, responsiveness, and ecosystem-first thinking. Core Requirements
12+ years of professional experience (client-facing), with 2–5 years in the crypto/blockchain ecosystem preferred. Proven experience in partner success, enterprise account management, or strategic partner leadership in technology or SaaS. Track record of owning multi-year partnerships, renewals, and account expansion strategies. Familiarity with generative AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt development. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales and post-sales cycles, including QBRs, renewals, and co-marketing strategies. Ability to manage C-level relationships and collaborate with technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, empathy, and proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Preferred Requirements
Experience scaling on-chain ecosystems or protocol go-to-market strategies. Familiarity with builder enablement tools (grants, developer onboarding, liquidity incentives). Prior startup experience, especially in early-stage Web3 environments. Deep passion for the stablecoin space and Circle’s mission to build open, interoperable financial infrastructure.
