Events Manager
in New York City, you will lead the way in positioning our company, building brand awareness, and creating meaningful customer engagement. You will act as the key link between the local team and the Central Marketing team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Your role will involve coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across Digital, Field, and PR channels, all with the goal of driving revenue, strengthening brand equity, and securing internal stakeholder buy-in and support. To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: Support the Global Field Marketing team in developing and executing a comprehensive annual omnichannel marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives to enhance brand awareness and drive market penetration, ensuring innovative and high-impact campaigns. Thoughtfully and thoroughly elaborate a yearly plan for Events in NYC along with the Country Manager to raise brand awareness and market penetration. Ensure effective budget management by allocating resources strategically across Sponsored Events, Media Agreements, and Local/Regional Activations. Collaborate with Sales Managers to drive client acquisition and retention through tailored marketing strategies and activations. Work closely with Central PR, Communications, Design, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and consistency in all marketing communications, with a specific focus on PR and Digital Distribution. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing communications and activations in the region. Additional responsibilities may include supporting the CM with office management tasks, internal team coordination, and event organization. What You’ll Need to Succeed At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on event planning and activations. Previous experience in a B2B tech company (AdTech experience is a plus). Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, energetic approach and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic AdTech environment. A creative mindset, excelling in execution while delivering innovative activations that captivate customers. Willingness to travel and host in-person events as needed. Why Join Seedtag?
