We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our award-winning kitchen. This role is ideal for a culinary professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for Caribbean cuisine, and the creative drive to elevate heritage dishes for a modern dining audience. Key Responsibilities
Lead menu development that balances Caribbean traditions with contemporary innovation Maintain Michelin-rated level consistency in quality, flavor, and presentation Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food costs, inventory, and vendor management Train, mentor, and inspire a diverse culinary team Collaborate with FOH and bar leadership to create a seamless guest experience Represent St. James at culinary events, collaborations, and community initiatives What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in high-volume, high-profile kitchens Deep appreciation of Caribbean flavors and food culture, with the creativity to reinterpret them Strong leadership, organizational, and cost-management skills A collaborative, professional, and inspiring management style Compensation & Benefits
