As a Branch Ambassador, you'll use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers' banking experience. You will perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. You will resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Our Ambassadors are adaptable, growth-minded and customer experience-obsessed as part of our reimagined banking environment. Responsibilities
Interact with customers in person, help with technology challenges, engage in casual conversation, and showcase available services and products. Assess personal and business financial needs and guide customers to solutions with the help of experts when needed. Maintain compliance with audit, security policies and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations. Support customers across branch services, including cash handling and service needs, and rotate within the branch based on customer needs. Enhance the overall retail customer experience by reducing handoffs and being a knowledgeable resource for customers. Learn about Capital One products, services and experiences to guide customers toward their financial goals. Be digitally savvy by educating customers on mobile and online channels and using branch devices (laptops and iPads). Collaborate as a team member to inspire peers and contribute to a high-energy branch environment. Research and answer customer inquiries using various tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions for retention and engagement. Be willing to travel between branches within the assigned local area to support the market as needed. Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience At least 6 months of cash handling experience Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Salary and Locations
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. Locations include: Carle Place, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 Cedarhurst, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 East Meadow, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 Glen Cove, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 Great Neck, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 Hicksville, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 Levittown, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 Plainview, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 Roslyn, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 Wantagh, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 Williston Park, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 Locations hired outside these areas will use the pay range for that location with the final annualized salary shown in the offer letter.
