As a Branch Ambassador, you'll use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers' banking experience. You will perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. You will resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Our rapidly changing tech and financial environment requires Ambassadors who are adaptable with a growth mindset and customer experience obsession. What we’re looking for in you:

Friendly and engaging; you connect with customers whether helping with technology challenges, having casual conversations, or showcasing services and products.

Able to determine personal and business financial needs and connect customers with experts to guide them toward their financial goals.

Compliance-focused, following audit and security policies and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations.

Support customers across all branch areas, from cash handling to role rotation based on customer needs.

Strive to improve the overall retail customer experience with fewer handoffs; every Ambassador is an expert.

Curious and eager to learn about Capital One’s products, services, and experiences to guide customers toward suitable solutions.

Digitally savvy; demonstrate how to navigate mobile and online experiences and educate customers on other banking channels and products.

Team player who works with an energized team and inspires teammates.

Research and answer customer inquiries to enhance retention and engagement using various tools and channels.

Willing to travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market.

At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience

At least 6 months of cash handling experience

Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree

2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
