Full Time Branch Ambassador- North Nassau Area The Reimagined Branch Experience:

As a Branch Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers' banking experience. You'll also perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. Equally important is the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Our rapidly changing tech and financial environment requires Ambassadors who are adaptable and have a growth mindset, in addition to being customer experience-obsessed. Our Branch team exists to enhance the financial lives of people in the communities we serve. Responsibilities
Engage with customers in person to connect and assist with technology challenges, conversations, and showcasing bank services and products.
Help determine personal and business financial needs and direct customers to the appropriate experts to guide them toward their financial goals.
Ensure compliance with audit and security policies and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations.
Support customers across branch operations, including cash handling and service needs, and rotate within the branch based on customer needs.
Enhance the overall retail customer experience with fewer handoffs, with each Ambassador acting as the expert.
Learn about Capital One products, services, and experiences to educate customers and guide them appropriately.
Be digitally savvy: demonstrate how to use mobile and online banking and educate customers on other channels and services.
Collaborate with a team of banking professionals and contribute to a positive, energizing work environment.
Research and answer customer inquiries to improve retention and engagement using available tools to recommend solutions.
Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market as needed.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
At least 6 months of cash handling experience
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree
2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience
