Brand Manager
– Duke Cannon Supply Co. is a growth-oriented CPG company that operates with an entrepreneurial mindset and has become one of the fastest-growing brands in the men’s grooming category. Our mission is to better the day of hard-working men, and we fulfill this mission through the products we build, the conversations we create, and our give-back program to veterans. We are currently seeking a driven Brand Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in data analysis, business performance tracking and turning analyses into actionable plans. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply analytical acumen while expanding foundational skills to shape innovation pipelines and go-to-market strategies. Primary responsibilities
Analyze syndicated data sources (e.g., Circana/IRI, Numerator, retailer POS) to uncover actionable insights that inform brand performance, competitive trends, pricing, and promotional effectiveness Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key brand and product KPIs Support the Innovation Pipeline process to identify, evaluate, launch and measure new and renovated products Leverage category insights and trends to support the development of brand and sales strategies, marketing plans, and new product innovation Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Innovation, Creative, Supply Chain and Finance teams to align on objectives and performance goals Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a data-focused role within CPG strongly preferred; will consider retail, consulting, or a related industry Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into compelling business stories and recommendations Strong curiosity and desire to develop brand marketing and strategy skills Excellent communication and collaboration Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, interest or experience in at least one data visualization or analytics tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Company culture

Duke Cannon offers a competitive market salary and bonus based on role and professional experience. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000. Our benefits include health & dental insurance, HSA and 401k programs with company contributions, a tuition reimbursement program, and a monthly parking stipend. We also host monthly moments of team camaraderie, including community service events, social hours, and Lunch & Learn sessions.
